I know that you all might have a little anxiety now and hesitation about leaving the comfort of college and putting those Harvard credentials to the test. But no matter what challenges or setbacks or disappointments you may encounter along the way you will find true success and happiness if you have only one goal. There really is only one, and that is this to fulfill the highest, most truthful, expression of yourself as a human being. You wanna max out your humanity by using your energy to lift yourself up your family and the people around you. Theologion Howard Thurman said it best. He said, “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs..” Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Self Reflection
I'm so nervous about this job interview.
First, the embrassed question turned my brain. So, Well... said I'm there was a pause for some moments. I felt unskilled and un prepared questions were vulnerable to job interview.
Second, I'm not fluent in English. I was stammer in confusion. I need to work on my pronunciation bit more.
Last, I will gain more confidence. I'll try more eye-contact and practicing tallk about powerful voice tone.
I need to get some more practice before I talk a job interview!!!

SHELF2 (Next Video)
I thought lots of things.
First ) A parody of scene from a favorite movie
- We will like to perform to role play. Acting a dialogue, action and performance like favorite movie star .
Second) Make good use of one's leisure time
- We want to do something new, instead of running true to form.
Third. Using smartphones can enjoy many fun things (except game)
- Unexpectedly smartphones contains a lot of useful information. Let's look for useful, convenience, suggest a creative method to use smartphone.

Analysis of job interview
I limited my eye contact to her upper torso only and avoid eye contact with interviewer. I'm still lacking speak fluently.I feel eyecontact is also very important when you speak. Eye contact is one of the closet possible relationships. One way to do so is to have good eye contact. I will practice keep eye contact with people for a bit longer than normal.
Analysis of SHELF1
It was interesting to be group working. However, there is a problem that needs to be changed. We are short of pronunciation. It is not more joined-up than it looks. If we tallk about more explaining process, it will make feel better video. We will get any better.

1. Youtube Video Uploading
This clip shows how to make FAMOUS VANILLA CUPCAKES.
I haven't tried this, but it looks very tasty!!!!!
So then, How did you make it?
1) Short Description
STEP ONE. Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin with wrappers
STEP TWO. Mix dry ingredients together
STEP THREE. Add butter to mixture
STEP FOUR. Wisk eggs and add half to batter
STEP FIVE. In seperate bowl, combine milk, vanilla extract, and rest of eggs
STEP SIX. Add wet ingredients to batter
<Tip> Once dry ingredients are incorporated, stop beating
STEP SEVEN. Beat on medium speed until smooth and fluffy(about 3 minutes)
STEP EIGHT. Spoon butter into liners-about 3/4 full
<Tip> Use ice cream scoop to evenly measure batter
STEP NINE. Bake for 20-25 minutes
STEP TEN. Cool cupcakes completely before icing
<Tip> Beat ingredients on medium speed until smooth and creamy
<Tip> Using icing wand instead of piping bag for best consistency
<Tip> The thicker the icing, the easier the swirl
2) The Reason Why It's Interesting
I like to eat muffins. I just love the sweet taste. These are a good snack muffin, eat with honey and butter. So when I was young, my dream was patissier and baker. But even though I didn't realized my dream, nowadays I tried make a hobby of baking.
So, I usually look for related bakery broadcasting. I also likes to make something my boyfriend in anniversary. For example, there are chocolate, Pepero, birthday cake, etc. But, I've never made muffins. Taking this opprtunity, I want to make muffins :)
